Returns & Refunds

Our "Perfect Cup" Promise

 

"Tea is a personal experience. If our blends don’t bring you the joy or calm you were seeking, please reach out to us at hello@tavo.in within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot accept returns on opened tea pouches due to hygiene reasons, we will do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement blend or store credit."

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items "Heartbreak is a broken teacup. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

Snap a photo of the item.

 

Email it to us within 48 hours.

 

We will send a replacement immediately, on us."

Where We Ship "We currently ship to all pin codes across India. Whether you are in a bustling metro or a quiet hill station, your tea will find you."

 

Processing Time "To ensure peak freshness, we pack your order fresh. Please allow 24–48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order from our New Delhi studio."

 

Estimated Delivery

 

Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days

 

Metros: 3–4 business days

 

Rest of India: 5–7 business days

 

Note: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your ritual is on its way.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it (before we start packing). Once the tea is packed and labeled, we are unable to cancel the shipment.
